Ukiyo-e Exhibition of Cherry Blossoms and Mt. Fuji Brought to Life in Brilliant Colors through Craftsmanship

The exhibition introduces the great works and hidden masterpieces by Hokusai and Hiroshige depicting “Fuji” and “sakura” (cherry blossoms), both well-known symbols of Japan. We hope you will enjoy the brilliant colors of the reproductions, brought to life in the present day by the carvers and printers of the Adachi Institute of Woodcut Prints who have mastered the advanced production techniques of Ukiyo-e that have continued from the Edo Period.
