Screening:

Your history and portfolio of your past works are screened by the committee members. The ability as the artist of the contemporary ukiyo-e is most required for this award. The future works of prize winners (1st and 2nd) will be produced as the woodcut prints by the Adachi’s artisans with the meetings.

Winners:

1st Prize:  Taro Sakakibara

300,000 yen + your picture will be made as a woodcut print by the contemporary artisans
2nd Prize:  Koji Okitani

150,000 yen + your picture will be made as a woodcut print by the contemporary artisans
Fine Works: Takayuki Kobayashi, Naomi Okubo

50,000 yen
